Duplex Penthouse, North Tel Aviv
Completed in 2004 and located in the northern Tel Aviv neighborhood of Ezore Chen, the duplex penthouse underwent a complete renovation with new concrete stairs, a mixed concrete/old black parquet floor, and African art pieces for decoration.
